Your privacy is important to us and we respect each individual’s right to privacy. This privacy policy explains the personal data that Elyware S.R.L collects and processes, how it processes data and for what purposes it is collected and processed.

Service means the ForSure mobile application operated by us.

Information Collection and Use

Personal and Usage Data

ForSure does not collect or use any specific data of your entered data in the mobile application. All entered data are completely encrypted with AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) with 256bit key length. As no method of storage or transmission can ever achieve 100% security, ForSure cannot guarantee its absolute security. Your content is not saved on our servers nor do we have access to this data. This data is saved as encrypted locally on device and, in case you are using the iCloud function of the application, synchronized with your personal iCloud Drive storage (Apple service). iCloud Drive creates backups of your data and syncs it between your devices automatically. You always have the option to disable iCloud from the system settings.

 

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), ForSure legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

 

We may process your Personal Data because:

 

  • We need to perform a contract with you

  • You have given us permission to do so

  • The processing is in our legitimate interests and it is not overridden by your rights

  • For payment processing purposes

  • To comply with the law

Retention of Data

All your data stored within the mobile applications are stored in an encrypted, which wont be shared to any services automatically.

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Behavioral Remarketing

ForSure uses remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our Service. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimise and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.

Purchasing

Currently app sales are done via the Apple App Store. We do not collect any information on you from Apple .

When you navigate our website we make use of cookies to track marketing campaigns and record the pages you visit. This information is collected using Google Analytics.
